Shipping and returns

How long it takes

Your print goes into production as soon as you order. Making it takes about:

• Metal: 6 working days
• Canvas: 5 working days
• Paper: 4 working days

It then ships by UPS ground, which usually takes one to five working days. You'll get an email with the tracking number the day it ships.

Where it ships

Shipping is free to the contiguous United States and Canada, and prints ship from facilities in the US and Canada, so there are no customs fees or duties to pay on delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses need air shipping, which isn't included. If you're ordering to one of them, email me first and I'll quote the shipping.

Returns

Because each print is made to order at the size and on the material you choose, I can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Please take a look at the size and medium details on each print's page before you order, and ask me if you're unsure.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, or there's a fault in the printing, email fiddlehead.labs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or two of the problem. I'll have it reprinted and shipped again at no cost to you.

Please keep the packaging until it's sorted, in case the carrier asks to see it.

Cancelling an order

Prints go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email me as soon as you can: if your print hasn't started printing yet, I'll cancel it and refund you in full.
